Isn't this a great little model of a speed car!! It was built by Brian Farqhar some time ago now (probably in his younger days-when he was then able!!!). It is steerable, although not remote controlled, and has a whipper snipper motor in it-most likely 25cc. It has torsion bar suspension, and the wheels were turned out of aluminium bar stock, to fit the wheelbarrow tyres. There is a seat that fits in front of the fuel tank.
